Owl Birthday card and GG's party!

Today was a very busy day getting ready for a big event with my friend GG.  She was throwing a big bash for her church's ladies group and wanted a card making activity.  About 50 wonderful, happy gals showed up for the festivities!  It was a bit chaotic but everyone stamped a card and had a good time!  I invited them all to join me for a smaller class for some personal stamping instruction.  Here's a picture of me and GG with a couple of the gals hard at work on their card! They were making the card from the All Dolled Up kit that was available last summer.  GG cooked a great meal and had lots of fun activities!  What a wonderful warm church family!

                            

Here's another fun card that I actually designed myself.  My fairly new daughter in law had a birthday recently and she loves owls.  I drug out some retired DSP because it was so bright and cheery.  Everything else is current product including the new label card thinlets die.

                       

I love how these new flip card framelets have extra cute little shapes for really jazzing up your cards with just a little cardstock!  I just received my circle thinlets and haven't used it yet but think the little "Yay" thinlet will be lots of fun!
