Another terrific project that I made during my recent visit to my upline, Carol Payne's house! We used the largest square framelet to cut the base of real red and added a pool party piece to hold the note pad. It is stamped with a Sale a Bration set and decorated with fresh prints designer series paper! I love the little cupcake and ruffled ribbon!
