I used the Flowerfull Heart stamp, which is available until January 27th, to make this elegant card! This card would be great for Valentines Day or as a thank you card anytime of the year. The background is the new Fancy Foil Designer paper from the Occasions catalog which goes live January 3rd. The heart and sentiment are both heat embossed with Cherry Cobbler embossing powder. The tag is cut with the chalk talk framelets and tied with some Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine.
