Live in theSunshine!

I have had a long week that started with having cataract surgery for the second time. Not a difficult surgery but still takes a little out of you! I'm doing well and decided to treat myself to some fun stamping at my uplines's house! Carol Payne and I had fun day stamping and planning future punch and technique classes. We are so business minded! It's great to have a business that is so much fun! Here is one of the gorgeous cards I made at her house Saturday! A little embossing and some framelets...so much fun!

I love this watercolor version of the swallowtail! This was at the St. Louis regional this past weekend. It should be appearing at one of my technique classes in the near future!

Spotlighting Technique

A rather interesting version of the spotlighting technique using the swallowtail butterfly stamp. Usually it's done with circles, ovals or squares but here we have butterflies on butterfly! This card was designed by my extremely creative upline, Carol Payne! It will be part of our punch class Saturday!

Punched Bunny card

How about this cute little bunny card for a change of pace! I attended my upline, carol payne's, punch and technique class on Saturday. I thought this was the cutest little bunny just in time for Easter card giving! I've decided it will be one of my choices for our punch class on Saturday. Give me a call to RSVP for this event! Faux Diamonds!

This was a very popular card last month at my stamp camp! It is a technique that has always been one of my favorites. After stamping with Stazon black ink and coloring in the image, brayer with versamark over entire card. Then sprinkle with heat and stick powder, heat until shiny with heat tool. Next, sprinkle with a mixture of dazzling diamonds and iridescent ice embossing powder. Heat until melted. You will see the diamonds pop out!
